Letzte Woche malten Dario Coelho und ich in einer alten aufgelassenen Fabrik. Wir hatten keine Ahnung was uns erwarten würde und waren von diesem Ort sofort begeistert. Einige Gebäudeteile waren ausgebrannt, überall lag zerschlagenes Glas und Taubenscheisse. Irgendwie inspirierte uns dies und wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Wow Stefan, what mood you have captured in these! That top painting Maschine - is fantastic, broody, moody, story telling and the colours so true - I think because you were there and you felt it, saw it and painted it.

Ja, Maike, mit diesem Bild bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Das Fatale daran ist, daß ich das Andere zuerst gemalt, ewig lang gebraucht habe und dann dieses Gegenlichtbild höchstens in eineinhalb Stunden gemalt habe.
Da sieht man mal, wie gut es ist, sich aufs Wesentliche zu konzentrieren.
